This is a 12-week, 4-day-per-week program designed to build strength, hypertrophy, and endurance in the core, arms, shoulders, and legs. With a blend of progressive hypertrophy focused workouts including EMOMs and AMRAP challenges, and classic lifts like squats, bench presses, and rows, this program is perfect for someone looking to take their fitness to the next level.(Weeks 1-4): Focus on increasing reps and sets with lighter weights.
Emphasize form and endurance. (Weeks 5-8): Increase weight while dropping reps slightly. (Weeks 9-12): Continue increasing weight while adding more challenging handstand and core variations.
