"The Pharm: Pharm Strong- Core": Think simple workouts, but great results. Designed for both the beginner and intermediate gym goer looking to get back into that "Pharm Strong" look. Overall, this program provides a structured approach to improving your physique, stability, and overall performance.

 

This is a 12-week, 4-day-per-week program designed to build strength, hypertrophy, and endurance in the core. (Weeks 1-4) Build endurance and control with higher reps and short rest periods. (Weeks 5-8) Increase intensity by completing exercises within the minute, aiming for 30 reps or 45s holds. (Weeks 9-12) Maximize endurance and fatigue by performing AMRAP sets.
